RGB charges a one-time build fee as low as $1,200. This fee is based on the features and services needed for the project. We provide an initial planning session at no charge and are not obligated to identify the services. Monthly services range from $90 to $200, depending on the level of features and support plan. The association determines this upfront based on their needs.

Once RGB has the requested features or services defined we will prepare a proposal agreement and send it to the Authorized agent for the community association. Upon Acceptance, RGB will onboard your account, send an invoice, and get to work according to the plan
